Von has a wealth of experience in both the Renewable Energy and Waste & Recycling industries. Von started in the Renewable industry over 10 years ago, working for Tesla and helping launch Smartflower Solar to the Western Hemisphere. Von also previously served as a Senior Manager at Veolia Environmental Services, the world’s largest environmental service company. Von holds an MBA from the University of Michigan (Organizational Leadership) and a B.S. from Grand Valley State University (Political Science).
George Braeunig
Director of Business Development – East Coast
George Braeunig brings over 25 years of business development experience to his role at Data Center Dumpsters & Recycling.  A University of Florida graduate with a degree in Finance, he has founded two companies and built a career spanning manufacturing, marketing, commercial construction, and environmental services.  George’s diverse background, strategic insight, and drive for growth make him a valuable force in expanding the company’s reach and uncovering new opportunities.

Director of Business Development – West Coast 
As Director of Business Development at Data Center Dumpsters & Recycling, he drives strategic growth initiatives and builds high-impact partnerships across markets. With deep experience in renewable energy, Dean has a strong record of developing entrepreneurial teams and delivering lasting stakeholder value on a global scale. His strategic outlook and passion for sustainable business solutions support the company’s mission to expand its reach while helping clients optimize costs and environmental outcomes.
Benjamin Maynard
Director of Technology
Over the course of a thirty year career, Ben has led digital transformation for businesses spanning technical startups to large governmental enterprises. As CTO of Solar Site Dumpsters & Recycling, Ben leads innovative technology solutions that simplify interaction with our waste solutions so that our clients can focus on their bottom lines. Ben is retired from the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and holds an M.S. in Technology Leadership from Brown University.
